Driving Forces Recordings is an underground based Austrian Technolabel founded by Sutter Cane, Mark Domine and The Spell.

State of the art and far beyond, without missing the roots and the spirit of Techno music, that's the sound of Driving Forces Recordings. Modern Techno for the peaktime is what you get and let's you forget the hype about the minimal kind of music. Next to the Austrian local heroes, some big names of the international Techno circus were signed and so a good and diversified start of the label was programmed.

HISTORY:
Driving Forces (DF) was founded in 2006 as a platform for a new wave of uprising Austrian Techno DJs. The target of the Driving Forces was and still is to support and strengthen the whole team with the help of the individual skills of each member. So each artist has more than his love to the electronic music and his experiences as a DJ or producer, but also has a special ability which helps the team. Only the one who is able to share his abilities and to push the team can become a member of Driving Forces. There are a lot of good DJs out there, but real team-players are a rareness. "Sharing forces and limitless creativity are the main objectives of Driving Forces."

Already by the founding of Driving Forces we felt confident: The artist pool and the team are just the beginning of the journey. The dream of the own music label and a global working booking agency to provide and support Austrian artists in a professional and international way, was given from the very beginning and for sure one of the main reasons for the founding of Driving Forces.
In January of 2008 the Driving Forces Transmissions radio show appeared online for the first time and now after the first great year, the monthly show will turn into a weekly radio broadcast. During mid 2008 we put the ideas about the record label in concrete terms and now in 2009 the time has come. Sutter Cane, founder and mastermind of Driving Forces is proud to present the fresh and high quality techno label called Driving Forces Recordings (DFR).
The guy from Vienna always worked consequently to full fill his dreams and ideas. Slowly but sure he climbed up to the top of the Austrian DJ League and is now for sure one of the most wanted Austrian Techno DJs. Now DFR builds the next big and of course logical step in Sutter Cane's history. Currently he concentrates his attention on building up the label.
