NASA Hallmarks of Success
The Aspen Global Change Institute is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit dedicated to furthering the scientific understanding of Earth systems and global environmental change. Since 1990, scientists from across the globe, including several Nobel Laureates, have attended AGCI's science workshops to present and discuss the latest research findings in global change topics such as climate change, energy and carbon management, sustainable agriculture, land-use change/planning, and many more. The workshops are interdisciplinary in nature, bringing together natural and social scientists, educators, and decision-makers. This AGCI videocast series documents public lectures given by visiting scientists in Aspen, Colorado. For more information, please visit www.agci.org. AGCI's programs are supported through generous grants from: the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the National Science Foundation (NSF), the Department of Energy (DOE), the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, and other private donations.

The San Antonio Council for the Cooperation of Engineering and Scientific Societies (SACCESS) Engineering and Science Discussions provides periodic summaries and presentations about the latest activities of local engineering and science organizations in San Antonio.
