There are many types of mental illness and they all affect people's lives in a noticeable way. Which is exactly why there needs to be podcasts about them. Because, really, what is life if there isn't a podcast about your problem? I give some practical advice, less like therapy and more like I'm your big sister and I'm telling you what I know from experience. It's slightly more geared towards youth and depression and ADHD, but there should be enough content that everyone would get something out of it.
