It is in an interview format with guests who are usually residents of the Amherst area. Some topics relate to issues on which the League of Women Voters has a position. There is also an attempt to have regular shows with the State Senator and Representative representing Amherst in the MA Legislature. While many of the shows have a local focus, most are of general interest. They span such topics as municipal government, housing, local planning, topics related to Amherst history, leisure services in Amherst, Learning in Retirement, casino gambling, education, the environment, health care, election reform, issues at the University of Mass., and the state legislature.
