Until 2008 WBGO was, with smooth jazz station WQCD-101.9 FM, one of two major FM jazz stations in the New York metropolitan area. That changed when Emmis Communications decided to change WQCD's format to rock and its call letters to WRXP, leaving WBGO as the New York area's only jazz station.

Columbus Ohio's David Fincher, known professionally as DJ Exclusive, is coming to an event near you. That's if he's not already booked DJing for the likes of Nicki Minaj, LL Cool J, Day 26, Rick Ross, DJ Drama, Fat Joe, Pitbull and other Hip Hop artists. Professionalism, hard work and enthusiasm caught the attention of the Program Director who offered him an on-air spot hosting "The Weekend Street Party" which aired every Friday and Saturday from 10pm-1am. From the East Coast to the West Coast DJ Exclusive is working with the best of the best to further his career in the music business.
